What is it to get a good education?
Is it to attend to an “excellent” University?
Is it to “know a lot”?
I decided to become a scientist because I appreciated knowledge above all. I wanted to have access to the truth that only science can give us.
But now I know that a real education is not about the knowledge you have.
A real education is about the knowledge you create.
And how do you create it?
By connecting the dots, by setting up a new theory or a new way of thinking, by seeing a link nobody saw before.
Not only by knowing stuff but by doing something of value with them.
